Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, applications, and any other products or services offered by Edmon Producer AB (collectively, “EdMon”). By using EdMon, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing or using EdMon, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors and users who access or use EdMon (“Users”).
  2. Changes to the Terms
    EdMon reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the changes become effective will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
  3. Use of Services
    3.1 User Accounts
    To access certain features of EdMon, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and are liable for any activities or actions taken under your account.

    3.2 Prohibited Activities
    You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
    – Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
    – Attempting to interfere with the security or proper functioning of EdMon.
    – Using EdMon for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
    – Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
  4. Intellectual Property
    All content and materials available on EdMon, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Edmon Producer AB or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This does not grant EdMon any ownership rights over the media or content uploaded or created using EdMon; such content remains the property of our clients, and retain all rights to it.
  5. Privacy
    Your use of EdMon is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information. By using EdMon, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
  6. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Edmon Producer AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use EdMon.
  7. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Edmon Producer AB, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of EdMon.
  8. Termination
    We may terminate or suspend your access to EdMon, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use EdMon will immediately cease.
  9. Governing Law
    These Terms and any disputes related to them or EdMon shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
  10. Dispute Resolution
    Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or EdMon will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Sweden. Each party will bear its own costs and fees associated with the arbitration.
  11. Miscellaneous
    These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Edmon Producer AB regarding the use of EdMon.
    If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
