How we handle your personal data, and — because our customers are editors — exactly what does and does not reach us from your footage.

Our customers are editors, and the material is often an unaired programme. So it is worth being precise rather than merely reassuring.
The frame B-Roll reads from your sequence does not come to us. It is uploaded directly from your computer to the model provider you chose, using your own fal.ai key. It does not pass through our systems and we never hold it.
We never receive your rushes, your project files, or your sequences. The panels read what they need on your own machine.
When a B-Roll generation finishes, we keep a copy. The provider returns a link that expires; we fetch that file and store it so your shot is still there afterwards.
4.1 Where: our own storage on Google Cloud.
4.2 What it is: a video generated from a frame of your footage. It is derived from your material, so we treat it as yours.
4.3 How long: for as long as your EdMon account exists, including after you stop subscribing. There is no separate expiry.
4.4 Deletion: if you delete your account, the shots we hold are deleted with it. You can also ask us to delete individual shots at any time — accounts@edmon.ai.
4.5 We do not use it for anything else. We do not train on it, publish it, or show it to anyone else.
These processors act on our instructions:
For B-Roll you contract with fal.ai directly using your own key, and your frame goes to them without passing through us. That relationship is yours rather than ours, and their handling of your data is governed by their terms rather than this policy.
We do not sell personal data.
Some processors are established outside the EEA, or process data there. Where that happens we rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, or on an adequacy decision where one applies.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection — including an absolute right to object to direct marketing at any time. To exercise any of them, email accounts@edmon.ai.
You may complain to Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY) in Sweden, or to the supervisory authority where you live.
We use cookies on edmon.ai. Some are necessary for the site to work; others, including Google Analytics, measure how the site is used.
A consent banner lets you choose which non-essential cookies we set, and you can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link on the site. Declining the non-essential ones does not affect your use of the panels, which do not depend on them.
EdMon is not intended for anyone under 18.
We will post changes here. Where a change is material we will give notice by email before it takes effect.
