EdMon Music — terms

These terms cover the EdMon Music panel: the subscription, the credits, and what you may do with the music. They sit alongside our general terms and privacy policy, which also apply.

Edmon Producer AB · in force from 2 September 2026

1. The panel and the subscription

1.1 EdMon Music is a feature of the EdMon Creative Lab panel, which installs into Adobe Premiere Pro. It is licensed on a monthly subscription to a single named user. A subscription is personal to the account it is bought on and may not be shared between people.

1.2 Trial. New accounts receive a 30-day trial with access to the music library and ten credits. No payment card is required. If you do not subscribe, access to paid features ends when the trial ends; your account and anything you saved to it remain.

1.3 What a subscription includes. Access to the panel, the music library, and 50 credits per calendar month.

1.4 System requirements. The panel requires Adobe Premiere Pro 22.0 or later. At the date of these terms it runs on macOS only. We do not warrant that it will work with future versions of Premiere Pro, and Adobe may change the extension platform in ways we cannot control.

2. Price, payment and tax

2.1 The subscription price is USD 20 per month, worldwide. Prices are exclusive of tax. Where VAT applies to your purchase it is added, and the total is shown before you confirm.

2.2 Payment is taken by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your card details. By subscribing you also accept Stripe’s terms as they apply to you.

2.3 The subscription renews automatically each month on the date you first subscribed, at the then-current price, until you cancel. We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price change takes effect.

2.4 If a payment fails we may retry it. If it continues to fail, paid features are suspended until payment succeeds. Your account and saved items are not deleted on non-payment.

2.5 You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you beyond those we collect, including where you buy as a business and account for VAT yourself.

3. Cancellation and your right to withdraw

3.1 You may cancel at any time from the billing portal or by emailing accounts@edmon.ai. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues to the end of the period already paid for.

3.2 We do not give partial refunds for an unused part of a month, except where the law requires it or where we have not delivered what you paid for.

3.3 Consumers in the EU and UK. If you buy as a consumer rather than for your trade or profession, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

3.4 Because a subscription gives you immediate access to digital content, you will be asked to expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once access begins. If you do not agree, do not subscribe — the 30-day trial lets you evaluate the panel fully without payment.

4. Credits

4.1 Access to generation is measured in credits. A standard generation costs one credit. A PRO generation costs two. Every generation returns two takes, both of which are yours, whichever you use. Your subscription includes 50 credits each calendar month.

4.1.1 How many tracks a credit balance produces therefore depends on what you generate with it. The panel shows the cost of a generation before you run it.

4.2 Credits accumulate. Your monthly credits are added to your balance and do not expire at the end of the month. A month in which you generate nothing is not lost.

4.3 Credit packs are a one-off purchase, not a second subscription. Buying a pack charges you once. Nothing recurs, and you will not be billed again for it. Packs are:

CreditsPrice
100$20
250$45
500$80

4.3.1 Pack prices are exclusive of tax, like the subscription. Where VAT applies to your purchase it is added, and the total is shown before you confirm.

4.3.2 A pack buys credits, not a fixed number of generations or tracks. What a credit buys depends on the model you generate with — see 4.1.

4.4 Spent credits cannot be refunded. Where a refund is given, it covers only credits you have not used. Using a credit consumes it, and the tracks it produced are yours to keep.

4.5 While your subscription is active, your credits do not expire. However long you hold them, and whether they came with your subscription or were bought in a pack, they stay in your balance while you are paying.

4.6 Credits expire one year after your subscription ends, including credits you have purchased. If your subscription lapses or you cancel, your balance is held for one year. Reactivate within that year and the full balance is restored. After a year it expires and cannot be recovered.

4.7 We will tell you before this happens. The panel shows the balance and the time remaining while there is still time to act.

4.8 Refunds on a credit pack are proportional to the unspent balance. If you have used some of a pack, we refund the part you have not used, at the price you paid per credit. So a 500-credit pack bought for $80 with 400 credits unspent refunds $64.

4.9 Refunds are made to the original payment method. Where the law gives you a broader right than 4.8 — see section 3 on withdrawal — that right applies instead.

4.10 A refund under 4.8 must be requested before your credits expire under 4.6. Once a balance has expired there is nothing unspent left to refund.

5. The music, and what you may do with it

5.1 When you use a track in a finished work, we grant you a worldwide, perpetual licence to use that track in that specific finished work, in all media. The licence is granted at the time of use.

5.2 The licence survives cancellation. A programme you cut while subscribed keeps its music afterwards. Ending your subscription does not affect work you have already made.

5.3 The licence is for the finished work, not for the track on its own. You may not transfer, resell, redistribute or license the music as a standalone track, make it available for others to download, or use it to train a machine learning model.

5.4 This applies to both library tracks and tracks you generate.

6. Acceptable use

6.1 You may not redistribute, resell, or make available the music itself, as opposed to a finished work incorporating it. You may not use the music or the panel to train a machine learning model.

6.2 We may suspend an account that is being used in breach of these terms, and will tell you why.

7. Availability and liability

7.1 We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Parts of the service depend on third parties, including Adobe and our hosting and generation providers.

7.2 Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Nor does it limit the statutory rights of a consumer.

7.3 Subject to 7.2, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the subscription is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7.4 We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost production time, or the cost of re-editing or re-delivering a programme.

8. Termination

8.1 You may stop using the panel at any time and cancel under section 3.

8.2 We may terminate for material breach, giving notice and a chance to put it right where the breach can be put right.

8.3 On termination, sections that by their nature should survive do so — including the music licence granted under section 5, and any credits under section 4, to the extent those clauses say they survive.

9. Governing law

9.1 These terms are governed by Swedish law, and the courts of Sweden have jurisdiction.

9.2 If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there.

9.3 Consumers in the EU may use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
