EdMon B-Roll — terms

These terms cover EdMon B-Roll: the subscription, the generation key you must supply yourself, and what happens to what you generate. They sit alongside our general terms and privacy policy, which also apply. EdMon Music is sold separately and has its own terms.

Edmon Producer AB · in force from 2 September 2026

1. What you are buying, and what you must supply

1.1 EdMon B-Roll is a feature inside the EdMon Creative Lab panel for Adobe Premiere Pro. It reads a frame from your active sequence, generates a moving shot from that frame using a third-party model, shows you the result, and places it on your timeline only when you choose to.

1.2 You must supply your own generation API key. B-Roll works with either fal.ai or Replicate, and you choose which. B-Roll cannot generate anything without a key. Generation runs on your own account with that provider, and you pay that provider directly for what you generate.

That cost is separate from this subscription and is not included in it. The $10 per month buys the feature inside the panel. It does not buy generations, and it includes no credits or allowance of any kind.

1.3 You are responsible for your own agreement with fal.ai or Replicate, whichever you use, and with whichever model provider you select through it, including any charges they make and any limits they apply.

1.4 System requirements. Adobe Premiere Pro 22.0 or later, on macOS. Windows is not available. You also need the EdMon Creative Lab panel installed, since B-Roll is a feature within it.

1.5 Trial. Thirty days, no payment card. You will still need your own fal.ai or Replicate key during the trial, and you will still pay that provider for anything you generate.

2. Price, payment and tax

2.1 The subscription price is USD 10 per month, worldwide. Prices are exclusive of tax. Where VAT applies it is added, and the total is shown before you confirm.

2.2 Payment is taken by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

2.3 The subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel. We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price change.

2.4 If a payment fails we may retry it. If it continues to fail, B-Roll is suspended until payment succeeds. Your account and saved shots are not deleted on non-payment.

3. Cancellation and your right to withdraw

3.1 You may cancel at any time from the billing portal or by emailing accounts@edmon.ai. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues to the end of the period already paid for.

3.2 We do not give partial refunds for an unused part of a month, except where the law requires it or where we have not delivered what you paid for.

3.3 Consumers in the EU and UK. If you buy as a consumer rather than for your trade or profession, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

3.4 Because the subscription gives you immediate access, you will be asked to expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once access begins. If you would rather not, the 30-day trial lets you evaluate B-Roll fully without payment.

4. What you generate, and who owns it

4.1 We do not license the shots you generate, because they are not ours to license. Generation happens on your own fal.ai or Replicate account, under your agreement with that provider and with the model provider you selected. Whatever rights you have in a generated shot come from them, not from us. We take no share of it and claim no interest in it.

4.2 Your source frame does not come to us. The frame B-Roll reads from your sequence is sent directly from your computer to the provider you chose. It does not pass through our systems.

4.3 Different model providers offer different rights on different terms, and the panel lets you choose between them and enter a model of your own. Check the terms of the provider you use. We cannot tell you what rights a provider grants, and nothing on our pages should be read as a statement about them.

4.4 We host your finished shots, and they do not disappear when you stop paying. When a generation completes we keep a copy, so it is not lost when your provider’s own download link expires. It stays available to you, and your download links keep working, for as long as your EdMon account exists — including after you cancel your subscription.

4.5 If you delete your account, the shots we hold are deleted with it. You can also ask us to delete individual shots at any time by emailing accounts@edmon.ai. See our privacy policy.

4.6 You are responsible for what you generate and for what you put into it. Do not use material you do not have the right to use, and do not generate content that is unlawful.

5. Availability and liability

5.1 We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. B-Roll depends on third parties — Adobe, fal.ai or Replicate, and the model provider you choose — and we are not liable for their availability, their pricing, their output, or changes they make.

5.2 Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Nor does it limit the statutory rights of a consumer.

5.3 Subject to 5.2, our total liability arising out of or in connection with this subscription is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

5.4 We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost production time, or the cost of re-editing or re-delivering a programme.

6. Termination

6.1 You may stop using B-Roll at any time and cancel under section 3.

6.2 We may terminate for material breach, giving notice and a chance to put it right where the breach can be put right.

7. Governing law

7.1 These terms are governed by Swedish law, and the courts of Sweden have jurisdiction.

7.2 If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there.

7.3 Consumers in the EU may use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
